Equipped with Omnivore Griddle Plate Technology, this griddle ensures faster preheat and recovery times, even heat distribution, and improved fuel efficiency with built-in wind guards for consistent temperatures. The three independently controlled heat zones allow you to cook multiple dishes simultaneously at different temperatures.
The built-in hood protects the griddle surface and keeps it clean between uses, while puddle lighting provides ambient illumination for nighttime cooking. The LED ignition indicator lights help monitor ignition and flame status, and the electric auto ‘Safe Start’ ignition system prevents gas accumulation by automatically cutting off the gas supply if the burners fail to ignite.
With Front Access Rear Grease Management, you can efficiently direct grease and food debris to the back of the griddle, while conveniently accessing the grease tray from the front for easy cleanup.
For installations in combustible environments, an insulating jacket is required (sold separately).
