Pentair Kreepy Krauly Legend / Platinum Mender Nut (2-Pack)

The mender nut (feed hose) is a replacement part that was made by Pentair from the same high-quality materials used to manufacture the original Factory part making this a genuine OEM product.

The mender nut was built to be the object that connects all the parts included in the hose kit like the pressure relief valve to the adapter hose and swivel which then connects to the feed hose (harder). It then connects the feed hose – soft to the back-up valve as well as the feed mast which is connected to the cleaner Itself and ultimately provides the high-pressured water that comes from the booster pump to the cleaner so it can successfully operate.

This part is white and is strategically placed in 8 different locations throughout the cleaner’s hose kit. Providing a tight and strong bond between this collection of parts. when installing the mender nuts on the ends of the swivels, feed mast, or pressure relief valve. You want the twist adapter facing outwards towards the feed hoses that they are connecting to so you can twist the mender nut clockwise until it is tight. This creates the bond needed to keep them all connected.
