Polaris Vac-Sweep 280 / 280 TankTrax Pressure Cleaner Screw, 10-32 x 7/8″ SS Pan (2/Pk) (C76)
These screws are the essential “Glue” for the Polaris vac-sweep 280 model cleaners and provide a strong, long-lasting hold.
These screws were designed to lock the axle assemblies (large) into the frame of the cleaner allowing no movement. The difference between these screws and the others that are used to bind and hold for this cleaner is the lock washers that are required when installing them.
For installation, you want to hand tighten these screws as opposed to using a power drill. There is the potential for cracking or damaging the plastic on any other surrounding parts if over-torqued.
